All of the images displayed in these pages are copyright. This means you are not allowed to use them in any way without first getting permission from the copyright owner. Note that you can't even sell a painting based on a copyrighted image without running afoul of copyright law; copyright extends not only to the original image, but also to derivative works.

Some of these image files may be used unaltered on your personal (non-commercial) web page, as long as you send me a request in advance (not all photos may be so used), include copyright notice and credit me as the source - EXCEPT that these image files may not be used on any web page where such use may result in assignment of copyright. If you receive permission and use images on your own personal site, per above, please copy the image file(s) to your site and link to them there. Please do not link to images on this site. Linking to image files increases the transfer load on this free-to-viewers site. Many image folders have been set to allow image access only from shomler.com site pages.
